Why are you offering this scheme if your cases last for life?
We design your cases to be for life and we don't encourage anyone to purchase cases you do not need. However we understand that there are occassions where customers may want to purchase a new case and therefore want to do our best to ensure the cases end up in the most responsible place possible.
Who can take part in this scheme?
This scheme is available to UK residents who have an old or damaged Wild deodorant case.
How long will it take to get my discount code?
We aim to process all discount codes within a few days. If you don't receive your code within 7 days, please reach out to hello@wearewild.com
How many cases can I send back?
You can send back up to three cases back during this trial. If you have more cases, you are welcome to send them all back but we can only provide up to three discount codes. Please complete your form for all your cases at the same time.
Why can't I put my Wild case in the recycling bin?
Our cases are made from aluminium and plastic and roadside recycling systems are not equipped to handle products made from multiple materials like ours. Specialist recycling facilities like First Mile will dismantle the cases and recycle the two materials separately.
Should I clean my case before returning it to Wild
Just remove your refill and any large chunks of deodorant. The case will be cleaned again during the recycling process.
How does the scheme work?
Wild wants to collect Wild cases that are no longer being used and recycle them to ensure the materials are used again and again. To take part, all you need to do is:
1: Complete the form on this page detailing how many cases you are returning. You can send up to three cases which you must log and send back at the same time.
2: If you can, remove the empty refill from your case and any large chunks of deodorant. You don't need to fully wash the case as that will be done at the recycling centre.
3: Wrap your case in an envelope or box and add on the Freepost address that is emailed to you after you complete the form.
4: Pop your case in your nearest letterbox. There's no need to use a stamp!
5: The case will make its way to the recycling centre where the team will dismantle the cases to separate the different materials. Fun fact! Aluminium is infinitely recyclable.
6: We'll process your case return and send you a £5 discount to your on your next order.
What can be recycled in the Return Scheme?
We are accepting old or damaged Wild deodorant cases. We cannot accept products from other brands at this time.
