Personal information we collect

The user can voluntarily unsubscribe from this communication at any time by clicking a link in these emails or by contacting us directly and asking us to remove them from our mailing list.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as βOrder Informationβ.
When we talk about βPersonal Informationβ in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). By consenting to Wildβs email messaging service, you agree to receive recurring email communications with service-related and promotional messages, including updates, alerts, information on promotions, specials, and other marketing offers. You are also opting into receiving marketing from our partnership brands and charities, ensuring you stay informed about exciting opportunities and initiatives.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for those communications in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Wild. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. You have the right to remove yourself from the newsletter subscription list at any time. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, there is a link at the bottom of any subsequent newsletter email you receive.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the newsletter email, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information. Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Wild mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Wild Cosmetics Limited (βWildβ, βweβ, or βusβ). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (βMobile Termsβ). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Wildβs SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related and promotional messages, including updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from and on behalf of Wild via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any Do Not Call register. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Wild. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Wild mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
