Our Diversity and
Inclusion Report
We celebrate the team and share our efforts to promote diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
Working at Wild is seriously fun. And thatโs down to the people.
Weโre a great bunch, hailing from all around the world. Our workplace is full of different languages, cultures and experiences and thatโs an amazing thing to be part of.
A healthy business is a diverse one โ a broad range of experiences helps to make better decisions. We know there are areas we can improve on, and weโre determined to do so. Because at Wild we truly believe in being the change we want to see in the world, and that includes our ongoing commitment to diversity.
Gender
Eighty percent of our team identify as female. Twenty percent identify as male. Itโs pretty amazing to see so many womenโs voices given a platform at Wild โ but we know thereโs work to do to get more male and non-binary colleagues in.
Age
Our team is full of youthful energy, and thatโs borne out in the data. Close to two thirds of our team are 26-34, with almost a third at 18-25. However, weโd love to see colleagues outside of these age brackets joining Wild โ primarily for their range of experiences, which we can all learn from (but also to improve the pub quiz team).
Ethnicity
This is an area we clearly need to improve in. A large majority of our colleagues are White. 6% identify as Asian, 5% identify as Black, Caribbean or African. Diversifying our team in terms of ethnicity is a clear priority and we actively encourage applicants from underrepresented backgrounds.
Disability
6% of our team live with a disability. We actively encourage anyone with a disability to consider working at Wild, especially as our office space is well set up for managing physical disability (do pop in and have a look if youโd like to see it yourself).
Household Income
Just over a third of our team have a household income of ยฃ100,000 or over. Just under a third have a household income of ยฃ25,000 - 49,000. This, we reckon, relates closely to the next sectionโฆ
Living Situation
Nearly half the team live with a partner, and another half live with housemates. Three live on their own (lucky things.)
Education
Nearly all of our colleagues have a University degree, with around a third having a postgraduate qualification. Weโre actively working to recruit colleagues who have had alternative routes through education and are working with partners to achieve this.
Place of Birth
Nearly half of our team were born outside of the UK, bringing real cultural diversity to our office. A third of our team are from the EU. Weโre envious of their purple passports.
English as a second language
A third of our team speak English as a second language โ putting all our English speakers (who struggled with French GCSE) to shame.
Managerial Role
Of those we spoke to, almost half are in a managerial role โ and we love seeing our team developing their managerial skills here at Wild.
How we're improving diversity in our workplace

Team training
Weโve committed to mandatory unconscious bias/inclusionary hiring training for all colleagues.
