1. The Promoter
The promoter is Wild Cosmetics Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 11740984) with registered address at 1–3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE (referred to as "Wild"). Wild is a subsidiary/brand of Unilever PLC ("Unilever").
2. Eligibility & Strict US Entry Requirements
* The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
* Employees of Wild, Unilever, FIFA, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter.
US Entry Mandatory Requirement: Entrants and their chosen companion must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining beyond the date of travel. It is the absolute, sole responsibility of the winner and their companion to arrange, pay for, and secure a valid US Visa or approved ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) prior to travel.
If the selected winner is unable to legally enter the United States, or cannot secure the necessary travel documentation/visas by the booking deadline, they will be entirely disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.

3. Competition Period
- The competition opens at the time of the launch Instagram post and closes at 13:00 PM BST on Monday 15th June 2026.
- The live winner selection call will take place on Monday 15th June 2026 between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM BST.
4. How to Enter & The Disqualification Rules
To successfully enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps:
1. Comment on the official Instagram giveaway post, stating who their "+1" companion would be and why.
2. Navigate to the link in the Wild Instagram bio and fully complete and submit the entry form.
3. Be available to answer a phone call from Wild's co-founder, Charlie, on Monday 15th June 2026 between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM BST.
4. The Phrase Requirement: If called, the entrant must explicitly and immediately answer the live phone call by saying or shouting the exact phrase: "THAT'S WILD".
Strict Call Disqualification Policies:
No Answer = Disqualification: If the chosen entrant does not answer the phone call for any reason (including but not limited to: missed call, phone being turned off, lack of signal, or call routing to voicemail), they are instantly and completely disqualified.
Wrong Greeting = Disqualification: If the entrant answers the call but fails to say "THAT'S WILD" as their opening response, they DO NOT win and are immediately disqualified.
In any case of disqualification, the Promoter will immediately move on to call an alternative randomly selected eligible entrant. No voicemails will be left, no callbacks will be accepted, and no second chances will be permitted.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Strictly one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. The Prize and Package Restrictions
There is one (1) grand prize package available to be won, consisting of: Two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match scheduled to take place on June 30th, 2026, in New Jersey, USA. Return economy flights for the winner and one companion from a major airport to a New York/New Jersey area airport. *Standard hotel accommodation for two nights, for the winner and one companion in the New York/New Jersey area.

6. Winner Selection and Verification

The potential winner will be phoned live on Monday 15th June 2026 between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM BST. Successful verification depends entirely on compliance with the phone phrase rule detailed in Section 4.
*Upon a successful phone call validation, the winner must immediately confirm their eligibility and provide all requested travel document information prior to the EOD Monday 15th June 2026 deadline.
7. Trademark and Association Disclaimer

8. General Liability and Protections
Wild, Unilever, and their agencies accept no responsibility for entries or data submissions not received, delayed, or corrupted due to technical errors, network connection dropouts, or platform failures.
Wild reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
*To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild and Unilever will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Personal data gathered through the form in the bio will be processed by Wild and Unilever solely for the purposes of administering this competition, contacting the winner, and arranging the prize travel, in compliance with applicable UK GDPR and data protection laws.

Because of the extremely tight turnaround time for booking the flights, tickets, and hotels, we cannot leave voicemails or accept callbacks. Absolutely not. The tickets are a special gift from Unilever through Wild to our community. They are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold, put up for online auction, or traded under any circumstances. Attempting to sell them will result in the tickets being completely cancelled by FIFA/the tournament organizers and the prize being forfeited.
Wild will not book travel directly, nor will Wild issue an upfront, unconditional lump sum of cash. Instead, the winner must source their preferred return economy flights and standard hotel accommodation (1 room for a 2-night stay) and submit the exact itinerary details to Wild for written approval. Once approved by Wild, the corresponding funds (up to the £5,000 maximum cap) will be transferred to the winner to finalize the booking.
