Terms and conditions
1.Overview
1.1. The competition is organized by Wild ("Organizer"). 1.2. The competition offers a chance for 10 lucky customers to win a £200 voucher to use at Sainsbury’s. In addition, the Organizer will donate £2000 to a local food bank. 1.3. The competition is open to all customers who purchase a Wild starter pack or refill from Sainsbury’s between September 3rd, 2024, and September 30th, 2024.
2.Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. 2.2. Each participant can submit a maximum of three entries. Each entry must be accompanied by a separate receipt.
3.How to Enter
3.1. To enter the competition, participants must: a) Purchase a Wild starter pack or refill from Sainsbury’s during the competition period. b) Upload a photo of their receipt and provide necessary details via the link: here. 3.2. The receipt must clearly show the purchase of the Wild product and the date of purchase. 3.3. The competition will run from 12:00 AM (BST) on September 3rd, 2024, until 11:59 PM (BST) on September 30th, 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4.Selection of Winners
4.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. 4.2. The draw will take place on October 1st, 2024. 4.3. The winners will be notified via the email provided in their entry within 7 days of the draw. 4.4. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
5.Prize
5.1. Each of the 10 winners will receive a £200 voucher to use at Sainsbury’s. 5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 5.3. The Organizer will donate £2000 to a local food bank near Wild HQ as part of the competition.
6.Data Protection
6.1. Personal data provided during the course of this competition will be used by the Organizer solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy. 6.2. The Organizer will not share participants' personal data with third parties.
7.General
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice. 7.2. The Organizer’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into. 7.3. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
